Working on new pieces...

Most of the time I plop down anywhere to work on my jewelry pieces...that's the beauty of beaded jewelry...I can take it anywhere.                             But I finally decided to get organized this weekend and make an official "beading room".

I'm always looking for fresh inspiration...using stones like this turquoise green, sienna brown and cream polished bead is great starting point. What's in the making? An embroidered cuff bracelet of light brown ultra suede and multi-colored pearls and seed beads.

Still in process on this neck piece...more than half way done.  Sometimes it's best to let a piece of jewelry sit for a while until more of the design forms in my imagination...  PATIENCE is the keyword when embroidering jewelry pieces.

The purple oval stone that is bezeled with seed beads is a Sudgalite, and the coin came from South Africa dated 1991....

Please stayed tuned...you will see them posted soon in my online shop @ JLSjewelry@etsy.com
Thanks for joining me today!
