There is a statement that caught my attention made by a gentleman whose name is John Henry Jowett:
"The real measure of our wealth is how much we'd be worth
if we lost all our money".
The "measuring" tool is not money, but the "intangibles" in the "unseen"...
There are endless examples of what could be considered intangible wealth.
Here is only one...
.....Being of service to others...
Is it rooted in selfless love...or...the need to rescue so we're not anxious from watching others wrestle with an appointed change?
WISDOM tells us when and how to help others...
I'm reminded of the story of the butterfly inside it's cocoon. When it's time for the butterfly to emerge it begins to struggle to break free. As the struggle intensifies the temptation to "help" the creature also intensifies. If the butterfly does not go through the process of breaking free by exercising it's body and gaining strength, then it will not survive it's rebirth.
For those who think they are doing the creature a "favor" by ripping open its outer shell that has housed it while it was being transformed, they will soon see this magnificent creature unable to flutter it's wings and fly...and its' destiny aborted.
The "pressing into change" to break free from our comfort zone builds strength. I pray that we do not rob each other of this precious commodity...that we serve one another by exercising this WISDOM! For it is a vital facet of lasting wealth!
The place where images and thoughts can be seen in a private viewing room of our minds...a place called "imagination".

We're Having A Heat Wave!
We are definitely having heat wave here in Michigan.
Heat is a form of "pressure"...
Pressure can either bring "breakthrough" and "ingenuity"....
or...
exhaustion and defeat.
Heat is a form of "pressure"...

exhaustion and defeat.
Isn't it amazing how "life" around us can
thrive during extreme pressure if there
is a little bit of water?
Selah......
