Beginnings...

Let me introduce myself...My name is Janet Stephenson and I'm excited to begin my journey into the realm of "blogging"!  The name of my blog, "Creating In The Unseen" describes what takes place twenty four hours a day, seven days a week for most human beings whether we realize it or not. 

Each of us has a wide screen on the inside of our minds and it is constantly turned on and engaged...even while we sleep.  It's the way God has created us.   It's an instrument, a conduit if you will, for images and thoughts to be seen in our own private viewing room of our mind...and that room is called "imagination". 

When we are awake they are called "visions", and when we are asleep we call them "dreams".  They can be a source of inspiration or they can conjure up fear depending on what details we zero in on while the film is running.

What's of greater importance is what we do with those visions and dreams.  We can either dismiss them and send them into the recycle bin, or we can pursue what we have seen in the unseen and find a way to express it so others can join in.  It takes courage and patience to see it become a reality.  It's up to us!
